Life as we know it has changed irrevocably since COVID-19 hit us. The new normal of living while ever-vigilant of the threat from the virus is fraught with so many issues - physical, mental, and psychological.

Without respite from this constant pressure, it is often more than difficult to find ways to keep calm, or free from anxiety and worry. To endure and combat the feelings of being overwhelmed, we’ll post resources and practices here to help survive this time intact, body and soul.

You’ll find tools to help foster strength, peace of mind, and to address fear, sadness, solitude and grief.

WHAT IF PREPARING FOR END OF LIFE WAS ABOUT LEARNING HOW TO LIVE MORE FULLY WHILE HERE?

Sensory and somatic awareness are untapped attributes we all possess. Learning more of our relationship with the 5 senses (touch, taste, smell, hearing, sight) and the 6th (feeling) and 7th (emotion), can be of great significance to our lives, and can lead to a fuller awareness of self.

With this in mind, Karen Bellone created an introductory guided meditation series for you: 5 Sensory Awareness Practices in 6-minute episodes.
