“Rehearse death. To say this is to tell a person to rehearse his freedom. A person who has learned how to die has unlearned how to be a slave.” — Seneca
Once you have your Basic Death Prep in place, it is time to push on through to the other side. This further work reveals that all of our life can be perceived as preparation for death. It beckons us towards the ever deepening wisdom that is available through mindfulness & meditation, a reintroduction to sacredness & ritual, shifting states of consciousness, and entheogenic medicine.
“For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause.” — William Shakespeare
