We aim to refocus the narrative around death and grief through the lens of arts, culture, storytelling and innovation.
Sensory and somatic awareness are untapped attributes we all possess.
Learning more of our relationship with the 5 senses we all know (touch, taste, smell, hear, and see) and the 6th (feeling) and 7th (emotion), can be of major significance to our lives, and to a fuller awareness of self.
This relationship can bring us closer to integration with the rhythm of life; the essence of well-being, of wholeness. It is ours to look further into these natural gifts we possess to help ourselves in living more authentically, and by extension - learning more about how to receive death when our times comes.
Certainly after a year of COVID life, and all that it has wrought upon our psyches, we may find ourselves more available to thinking differently about what’s important to concentrate on now.

“Self Touch strategies ca be grounding, centering and nurturing during these unfamiliar times and loss of one’s usual comforting strategies, due to the onset of Covid-19. This loss may lead to depression, fatigue and or anxiety. Mindful touching as a self-comforting tool can help to ease these symptoms, is easily integrated into any daily routine and requires no previous touch training.”
