Death is the ultimate mystery of our lives. We can never know with any certainty what happens to the “me” we come to know throughout our lives when we transition through the doorway of death. We encourage you to jump into deep waters and look around at all of the compelling information concerning questions of consciousness and the existence of the soul, diverse religious beliefs & practices, and astounding scientific exploration in the quest to discover where we might “go” once we shed this mortal coil.

Do human beings have souls? From the beginning of human awareness - no matter the context and no matter the age - the answer was always "yes". All cultures have universally argued that human beings are "ensouled". About a hundred years ago, however, scientists decided that the "soul" is not a proper subject of scientific investigation - consciousness replaced soul.
